Welcome TO NY

ESPN – When Melanie Oudin arrives to play her U.S. Open quarterfinal Wednesday night, she’ll be coming from a new hotel. Oudin, the 17-year-old surprise who faces No. 9 Caroline Wozniackiin a match Wednesday night at Arthur Ashe Stadium (7 p.m. ET, ESPN2), was reportedly forced to leave her room at the Marriott in Manhattan on Sunday because her reservation ran out. Her management company quickly got her a room at the Intercontinental Hotel, according to the SportsBusiness Journal. “Obviously, we will not be sending any of our players back to that hotel [the Marriott],” Oudin’s agent, BEST Tennis president John Tobias, told the SportsBusiness Journal. The Marriott, through a spokesman, would not confirm if Oudin had stayed at one of its hotels. Oudin, who was not seeded, and not expected to play in the second week of the U.S. Open, was sharing a room with her mother, Leslie. According to The Associated Press, the Oudins have been waking up together when the alarm goes off, then going their separate ways: Melanie hops in a courtesy car provided for players; her mom waits in line for a shuttle bus to the tournament site in Queens.
Look I am for this feel good story as much as the next guy and I am not ashamed to say it got a little dusty in my apartment when she won on Monday. But what the fuck is going on here. Isn’t the hole point of hotels is you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before. You could book a room today at the Marriott for the next 365 days and then cancel whenever you want.
“Obviously, we will not be sending any of our players back to that hotel [the Marriott],” Oudin’s agent, BEST Tennis president John Tobias, told the SportsBusiness Journal.
Obviously you are a retard John, honestly talk about making this girl seem like a loser from the start, way to botch this one.. You are like, um FIRED.
You are the weakest link, goodbye.
