Hurricane’s American Idol – Top 10
So last night’s American Idol was a very good show. You knew going it it was going to be a great show, but first some obvious news that needs to be noted for house keeping purposes:
“Producers for the show admitted today that the group number that opens each results show is lip-synched. “Due to extensive choreography and to balance their voices with open mikes against a screaming audience, the Idols do sing along to their own prerecorded vocal track…”
Anyway, last night Adam Lambert totally blew everyone’s socks off, he absolutely destroyed it. Totally changed his look from grunge to Zac Effron.. I wish I could do that in 2 days.. He had one of the greatest performances, in my opinion, in American Idol history. This is right behind Billy Jean by David Cook, which by the way he sang during the Top 10 and totally catapulted himself to the top and never looked back.
Bottom Three – Megan, Michael, and Lil
Total Surprises who I like – Kris Allen – This kid totally has a Jack Johnson feel, and the southern twang in his voice is something different and authentic.
America’s Top 3 – Adam, Allison, Gokey with blind as a bat getting sympathy votes to Top 4.
